High Desert Crown & Brim started in Santa Fe, New Mexico, with a love for creating something different.
Chris began making hats and designing patches for friends and family, often giving them away simply because he enjoyed the work. Before long, Chris and Marisol saw an opportunity to turn what he loved doing into something more.
The idea was simple: give people a way to create a hat that fits their style. Pick the crown. Choose the patch. Make it personal.
But Chris didn't want to build it alone. He wanted the whole family to be part of something special. Soon, the Baca clan was bringing their own skills and ideas to the table, helping turn High Desert Crown & Brim into a family-built business.
Today, we hand-pick our hats and create patches with quality, character, and a little Nuevo Mexico flavor. They're made for our Gente, for those who love this place, and for anyone who wants to wear something that feels like their own.
